Seat Holder Definition
A single subscription purchased by an individual allows the subscriber access to paid articles as the Primary Seat Holder. This subscription also provides access to a Secondary Seat Holder within the same work group and location.
If a company is interested in obtaining multiple seats across multiple work groups and company locations to access paid articles, it will need to subscribe to a Five-Seat License at minimum, as shown in the shopping cart.
Use of Site Content
Reproduction in whole or in part without express written permission is prohibited.
A Seat Holder may quote from the site for purposes of internally and externally oriented documents and presentations
provided that all such uses include full attribution to Lyra Research, Inc. as the source of the data and analysis
AND provided that the subscriber obtains advance approval from Lyra Research in each case.
A Seat Holder may print a hard copy of an article(s) for his/her own reading purposes and may share this hard copy
(or copies) with others in his/her direct work group at the same location.
A Seat Holder MAY NOT print a hard copy of an article(s) and distribute this
hard copy outside of his/her direct work group.

Usage
Seat Holders with an active seat for this site may access this content from an unlimited number of PCs, including their home and business computers.
EACH SEAT HOLDER AGREES THAT NO COPIES OF THEIR ACTIVE USERNAME AND PASSWORD WILL BE DISTRIBUTED TO ANYONE, EITHER PHYSICALLY OR ELECTRONICALLY, OR USED BY ANYONE OTHER THAN THE SEAT HOLDER HIMSELF/HERSELF.
